No think just smoking. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my co workers and friends. The only downside to our stay was the inconvenience of riding the buggy all the time whenever we want to access the restaurants at COD due to Casino restrictions which restricts children and guests with big bags like me. It would have been good if they can create a family friendly access to the restaurants between hotels so that they dont need to ride the buggy all the time. We were blown away by the experience they made us feel. From the the time we set foot, the hotel staff really offered the best assistance they could give us. From buggy service between hotels around COD, friendly reception from Ajay and Clyde at the Front Desk, Billy at the Concierge, Jun our personal butler and the entire housekeeping team and Brazziere breakfast staff and Bell boys, they were all awesome. You have your own personal butler who welcomed us with freshly made mango juice, cheesecake, and a bowl of fresh fruits. Our room was huge! Bathroom was grand! And the bed was super super comfy! And the airport shuttle service we book was fantastic! We have cold water bottles for our consumption. We felt like Royalties during our stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back. I the room so clear the staff overall very nice excellent for me Tnx everyone. Excellent service! Very high standard and all staff are very hospitable. I made the right decision celebrating our Wedding Anniversary here. If you have kids, you can't go to the restaurants without going outside you can't pass through the casino. Right beside City of Dreams Casino. Every day cleaning was great and all the breakfast was delicious. The parking lot is far from the tower however there is a cabby that brings you around hence it did not affect our stay. The room is excellent and the whole family enjoyed the stay especially the kids. The casino cigarette smoke was so bad that it was very uncomfortable. All the services of the Nuwa hotel were more than I expected. It was surprisingly good. In addition, Casino smoking was well blocked in the Nuwa hotel. The staff was extra friendly and very helpful. The deluxe room is exquisite! Awesome customer service! Price was a little high. I enjoyed the fact that we acquired a driver to pick us up from the airport, that was extremely helpful. I also enjoy the friendly staff and all the fun activities available at the hotel which really gives guests a fun stay. Would love to come back and the view and design of the pool is amazing. Less restaurants need to go to other part of building to able to eat to other restaurant. Good and clean facilities. Staff was so very helpful. The hotel was further from the airport than I expected - with local traffic it took a solid 25mins or so to get there. If you're looking for a nice hotel close to the airport I would explore other options. The bed was super comfy and airport pickup was easy albeit super expensive. No hot water two days in a row.
